Sales & Brand Solutions Specialist (In-House)

Lev Impressions is a growing custom apparel and promotional products company based in Aventura, Miami. We help businesses, schools, nonprofits, events, and brands bring their ideas to life through high-quality custom printing and branded merchandise.

About the Role
This is more than a traditional sales position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solutions. You'll work with both new and existing customers, guide them through the sales process, and become a trusted resource by learning our products and industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up with leads
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Build lasting customer relationships and confidently close sales
- Learn our products and recommend creative merchandise and branding solutions
- Help maintain our social media presence by creating and posting content
- Stay organized while using CRM and other business tools (training provided)
